Sierra Nevada Pale Ale

As you may have figured out by now, I'm not much of a fan of pale ales, I guess I have not acquired the taste for them yet, but this one was alright. This is another beer from Sierra Nevada brewing in Chico, CA, which has a very hoppy flavor, yet goes down rather well. 5.5/10

Blue Moon Belgian White

When I had this I thought this was one of the best beers I have ever had, its smooth, tasty, goes down well, but after a while my mind changed. This is a good beer if it is all you are drinking or eating (drink with an orange). I really enjoy this beer still though, and it is so much better out of the tap. It is a Belgian White Wheat beer that is unfiltered. The parent company of that brews this beer is Coors. 6.5/10

Shiner Light

This is one of the better light beers I have had. It tastes like a not light beer, but is still considered light. It is an amber light beer which has only 120 calories for every 12 oz. (like you are counting). 6/10

Sierra Nevada Wheat

This Wheat beer from Sierra Nevada is an unfiltered wheat, and comes off with a spicy flavor, light in color, strong on taste which is always a good choice to try if its available.
7/10

Celis Pale Bock

Here is another beer from Celis, this is their Pale Bock with some fruit like flavors with the addition of almost a coffee like taste.

Shiner Dunkelweizen

This is Shiner's version of the Dunkelweizen beer (Dark Wheat). Strong flavor that is smooth in your mouth to make you wanting more, but i still prefer hefe over dunkel.

Shiner Hefeweizen

This is one of my favorite Hefes. It is an unfiltered wheat with a full flavored taste with or without a lemon. You have to know how to pour an unfiltered wheat beer to get the full taste and flavor out of this beer because of its in bottle fermentation.

Mendocino Brewing Company Red Tail Ale

This is Mendo's flagship beer. This is an amber ale, and is also a bottle conditioned beer.

Left Hand Brewing Milk Stout

This is a black beer that I was kind of scared about trying from the name, but the name also made me curious to try it. It had a dark coffee like flavor like you would find from a typical dark brew.

Independence Brewing Company Bootlegger

This is a dark brown, chocolate like ale coming in at 6% abv. This has a medium body with a smooth finish

Independence Brewing Company Freestyle

This beer is made in Austin, somewhere close to home. This is a wheat beer, and from what I can remember it was filtered with a light but crisp wheat and lemony taste.

Dogfish Head 90 Minute Imperial IPA

I don't know what is up with this beer, I could barely drink the whole bottle without gagging, I don't have much taste for IPA's, and this one hurt. It was supposed to be good, but I guess my lack of taste for IPA's led me to not like this beer, not anyone who i let have the other bottles that i didn't want anymore. This isn't for the weak, at 9% alcohol by volume, and the IPA taste, you need a strong taste, and stomach for this beer.

New Belgium Frambozen

This is another Fruit beer but from New Belgium and it is also a raspberry flavored beer. This one in my opinion is better than the Celis, but it is still a fruity beer, but in your mouth, it feels like it has a more "alcoholic" taste to it.

Celis Raspberry

This is a Fruit beer for Celis out of Michigan. They call it a malt beverage with fruit juice, but it is considered a beer. When they call this a fruit beer, they mean it, you can taste it loud and clear.

Avery White Rascal

This is an unfiltered wheat beer from Colorado, where else does good american beer come from? It is white-ish in color as you can tell from the name of the beer and is spicey with a orange taste.

New Belgium Fat Tire

This is the flagship beer of New Belgium Brewing company, and defines who they are. Everyone who is a biker knows what this beer tastes like. It has a crisp hoppy taste with a strong body. Highly Recommended.
7.5/10

New Belgium Blue Paddle

This is a Pilsner Lager with a strong bitter flavoring which finishes off dry and leaves you with a refreshed feeling and also wanting another.
7/10

New Belgium Sunshine Wheat

This is a light and refreshing filtered wheat beer. With a very crisp taste, and lemony flavor that is supposed to remind you of a sunny summer day. I still prefer unfiltered wheat to filtered wheat.
